How to do a code sprint

Friday Night:

1 hour introduction webinar

Saturday:

9:00 am

Arrive and get breakfast

9:45 am

Opening address and introductions

10:15 am

Team formation and hackathon starts (2 hours of hacking)

12:15 am - 1:00 pm

Lunch break

1:00 pm - 5:30 pm

Continue hacking (4.5 hours of hacking)

2:30 pm - 3:00 pm

Optional: ice breaker activity or short fun workshop

Actual hack time: 6.5 Hours


How to do a weekend hackathon

Friday Night:

60 - 90 minute introduction webinar

Saturday:

Lunch break

Day 1:

1 hour introduction from nonprofit

1 hour team introductions

1 hour of project planning and setup

Start hacking for 1 - 2 hours
